Doug
Owner
Doug started his Automotive career in 2002 with the pre-apprenticeship program at Selkirk College. Doug went on to complete his apprenticeship under the the previous owner at Downtown Automotive and purchased the shop in 2007. Since then Downtown Automotive has grown with the community into the service provider that we are today.
Krista
Krista is co-owner with Doug and does all things accounting and bookkeeping. She is also in charge of our charitable donations, taking an active role in supporting community events and organizations.
Mike
Mike is Downtown Automotive's Manager and Service Advisor. He is our customer service expert with a wealth of mechanical expertise. When not at work Mike is usually out exploring the outdoors on one of his motorcycles or trying out different craft beers. He's always up for an adventure!
Travis
Journeyman Technician
Travis has worked at Downtown Automotive for all 20 years that we have been at our current location. With a wealth of knowledge and experience across dozens of vehicle makes and hundreds of models, Travis knows your vehicle! As a Captain in the Beasley Fire Hall, and an avid outdoorsman, Travis is a dedicated member of our team.
Jeff
Jeff is our other amazing Service Advisor. He brings to Downtown Automotive a wealth of knowledge, great customer service and professionalism. Jeff enjoys spending time in the outdoors and camping with his family.
Jason
Jason is a 4th Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice. Jason loves being outdoors and finding new places and things to explore.
Jarod
Jarod is a 3rd Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice. He is the creator of some of the best BBQ sauces around! Jarod loves hiking, camping and being outdoors in his spare time.
Kiran
Kiran is starting his Apprenticeship after being an amazing shop helper at Downtown Automotive. He has a keen interest in mechanics and desire to learn. When Kiran isn't working he is out being adventurous skiing or dirt biking.
